Support RAAFA's PMO in effectively delivering projects that enhance the services, facilities, and outcomes for our residents, clients and members as our newest Project Officer.

About The Role
* Support project delivery activities in line with RAAFA's Project Management Framework.
* Prepare, update and maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, registers and records.
* Track project activities, milestones and deliverables and report on their progress.
* Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes, project schedules, budgets, and expenditure.
* Coordinate meetings, communications, and records to support stakeholder engagement.
* Provide administrative support to transformation and change initiatives as directed.
About You
* Understanding of project management principals, methodologies, and frameworks is beneficial.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* High attention to detail, accuracy and compliance with risk and quality standards.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
