Senior Social Worker (Level 3) - Critical Care - Wollongong Hospital
Wollongong Hospital is seeking a passionate Senior Social Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred care on weekends. In this role, you'll provide social work services to patients and their families across a diverse clinical environment, helping to navigate complex psychosocial needs and ensuring continuity of care. You'll be a key advocate for patients, working within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery, wellbeing, and safe discharge planning.
Salary:
$56.69 – 58.52 per hour + 12% super & salary packaging

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred social work services to patients and their families within the Critical Care/Weekend service context.
Act as a key advocate for patients and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery, wellbeing, and safe discharge planning.
Support patients and families in navigating complex psychosocial needs and ensuring continuity of care.
Qualifications and Requirements
Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Working With Children Check (WWCC).
Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
Valid NSW Driver's Licence.
