Your role: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Analytics Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing our analytical and data capabilities, collaborating with the Channel and Marketing Teams to execute the channel strategy effectively. As a key player in our business, you will work closely with the Channel Management team to develop, maintain, and optimize category growth strategies, focusing on initiatives such as inventory management, space optimization, and sales analysis. You will also play a vital role in identifying growth opportunities with our major customers by providing compelling insights that drive strategic decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance teams, ensuring that data is leveraged effectively to unlock value and competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Lead category growth strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize profitability, inventory management, and sales performance. • Work with Retail leadership to identify ways data and insights can deliver value and drive business growth. • Create and manage analytics models and problem statements to support strategic decision-making and develop a competitive advantage. • Support the National Account Teams and field teams by developing customer presentations and providing guidance on sales forecasting and inventory management. • Provide actionable insights and reports to key internal and external stakeholders, to influence decision-making. Feel truly valued through our employee recognition programs Enjoy generous discounts on DuluxGroup products and through our corporate partnerships Skills & Experience • Strong retail commercial acumen and a deep understanding of profitability drivers within the retail sector. • Proven ability to deliver on category management and sales targets, particularly in the retail or hardware industry. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel; experience in generating reports and insights from large datasets. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making. • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories.
