About the Role
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Emerald team. This is a fast-paced and hands‐on role responsible for coordinating service delivery, supporting technicians, and ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently.
This role will suit someone highly organized, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate service work using Simpro
* Process customer purchase orders and support job costing
* Coordinate travel and logistics for technicians
* Collate and manage job documentation, timesheets and reports
* Manage invoicing and assist with collections follow‐up
* Coordinate site access requirements, inductions and client portals
* Provide day‐to‐day support to technicians and customers
* Liaise with managers, supervisors and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
About You
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Proactive, solutions‐focused and adaptable mindset
* High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
* Experience in a service coordination or administration role (preferred)
* Experience in trades, industrial, or mining environments (highly regarded)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Full working rights in Australia
* Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
