My Client, a progressive forward thinking Accounting firm are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to support the Accounting team & support monthly payroll using Xero for 150 employees.

The Company:

The role:
* Assisting with monthly payroll for 150 employees using Xero
* Prepare BAS & IAS statements
* Bank transactions in client software MYOB, Xero & Quickbooks
* Plant and Equipment register and depreciation
* Reconcile inter-entity loan accounts
* Credit Card transactions
* Trade Creditors reconciliation and follow up
* Hire Purchase registers
* Bank Loan reconciliation
* Assisting End of Month reconciliation of accounts & reports
The successful candidate will have:
* 4 years experience in a similar function
* Ideally be qualified in Accounting
* Proficiency with XERO, Workflow and Billing Spreadsheet, Xero Practice Manager, Xero Accounting /Bookkeeping, MYOB Live, Xero Ledger
