Overview
Handyman to service Brisbane's Southern Suburbs (Riverhills – Redland Bay and up to the River). The role supports existing client base and involves a variety of home maintenance jobs. The arrangement is ideal for an individual looking to supplement an existing client base.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning windows (inside and outside, single storey only)
* Gutter clearing (single storey only)
* Lawn mowing (only if client has a lawnmower)
* Yard tidy and trimming for elimination of tripping hazards
* Changing light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries
* Aircon filter cleaning
Qualifications
* Blue Card
* Current Police Check completed within the last 12 months
* Two professional references from paid employers or previous clients
* ABN registered business with public liability insurance
* Own car with registration and insurance
* Covid vaccinations (two doses)
* Own equipment and insurances as required for the role
Background and Skills
* Experience in a comparable role
* Customer focused approach

* Good time management skills
* Access to a personal computer, email and printer
