**Your Role**:
- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Experiences
- Welcome, engage and provide professional recommendations on hair care
- Work with and support the team to ensure the best presented store
- Become a master in Hairhouse merchandising including campaign set ups
- Support the salon team by welcoming their clients into the Salon, and stepping onto the floor where needed
- Invite store customers to experience the salon experience
- Embrace and champion Hairhouse training and processes
