As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Partnerships & Growth Communications Manager to identify and activate strategic partnerships that drive brand reach, engagement and lead generation.
Working within a high‐performing marketing team, you'll collaborate with commercial and sales leaders to deliver partnership, communications and PR initiatives that generate measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full partnership lifecycle, ensuring initiatives deliver commercial impact
* Identify and secure strategic partnerships with industry bodies, associations and business networks
* Develop and execute co‐marketing campaigns, communications and partnership initiatives
* Manage partner communications to maximise engagement and brand exposure
* Lead the creation and execution of paid advertising creatives within partnership campaigns
* Leverage PR and communications strategies to increase visibility and generate sales leads
* Track performance and optimise initiatives based on engagement and commercial outcomes
About You
You're a commercially minded marketing professional who understands how partnerships and communications drive growth. You enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering initiatives that support business performance.
You will likely have:
* 5+ years experience in partnerships, marketing, communications or growth marketing
* Experience developing strategic partnerships or co‐marketing initiatives
* Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to manage multiple projects and work cross‐functionally with marketing and sales teams
Existing media relationships with tier‐one journalists and/or SMB trade media will be highly regarded.
