This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a high-growth portfolio, combining strategic business development with high-level relationship management. In this standalone role, you will be the primary point of contact You will focus on driving revenue by nurturing our existing customer base and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities. If you are a self-starter with a strong technical background and a passion for the beauty and personal care industry, this role offers the autonomy and room for progression you have been looking for. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through a deep understanding of their formulation needs. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets across the region. Proactively identify and acquire new customers through market research, networking, and lead qualification. Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations that highlight the unique value of our cosmetic ingredients. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts. Act as the regional expert on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to provide actionable business insights. The Ideal Candidate: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role specifically within the Cosmetic and Personal Care industry. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and growth objectives. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate rapport with chemists, procurement teams, and stakeholders. The ability to work independently in a standalone capacity while maintaining strong communication with overseas teams. Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on value-based selling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to manage sales activities and customer data. Fluency in English with a professional and collaborative personality.
