Admin Manager – oversee administrative operations within our high-performing, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management & Compliance
* Oversee end-to-end administrative processes for sales, finance, land acquisition, and building contracts.
* Ensure compliance with builders' requirements, developer guidelines, finance conditions, and land obligations.
* Manage and improve document control, including contracts and land documentation.
Team Leadership & Workflow Coordination
* Lead and support admin staff to ensure efficient workflow and task prioritisation.
* Liaise daily with sales consultants, finance partners, land developers, drafting/estimating teams, and builders.
Client Experience & Internal Support
* Oversee customer onboarding from qualified lead through to contract signing and pre‑construction checkpoints.
* Support new home consultants with file preparation, contract packs, land titles, and compliance documents.
Reporting & Business Support
* Track milestones such as finance approvals, land titles, building contracts, and settlement dates.
* Provide weekly reporting to management on workflow, compliance, bottlenecks, and KPI performance.
Required Skills & Experience
Industry Background (Essential)
* Contracts Administration (residential builder preferred)
* Pre‑Start Consultation / Client Liaison
* Land Sales or Land Agent Experience
Technical & Administrative Skills
* Strong understanding of building contracts, addenda, variations, and pre‑construction documentation.
* Ability to read and interpret house plans, site plans, engineering, and land documents.
* Intermediate–advanced computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, builder portals).
* Strong organisational ability with exceptional attention to detail.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Strong problem‑solving ability with a process‑driven mindset.
* Able to work independently and lead others.
* Calm, professional, and able to handle high‑volume environments.
