Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate drawings and construction details
* Complete thorough quality checks on all plans
* Interpret and apply Council and Developer requirements
* Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes and industry standards
About You
You'll bring a strong foundation in residential drafting and a positive, proactive approach to your work. The ideal candidate will have:
* A Certificate in Residential Drafting
* Experience with ArchiCAD (or similar CAD software)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable drafting role
* A friendly, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
* Understanding of R‑Codes and construction
