Our client are an innovative practice that prides itself on providing an exceptional and professional service to the health and medical industry. They are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist for approximately 2 months on a Full Time basis to assist the team.
**Your new role**
Your new role as Receptionist is to assist in the smooth running of day to day operations within the office. This is a great opportunity for someone trying to gain experience as an Office Receptionist. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office in a friendly manner
- Answer calls promptly and professionally & forward to relevant department
- Processing payments; over phone or face to face
- Coordinate meeting room bookings when required
- Ensuring relevant documentation is completed
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
- A friendly & professional manner
- Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous Reception experience is desirable but not required for the right person
