About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Kununurra Leisure Centre. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of quality leisure and fitness services.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for all patrons entering the Leisure Centre, providing friendly and professional assistance with general enquiries, memberships, bookings, and programmes.
* Process payments, memberships, and facility bookings, and reconcile daily takings, maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer data in accordance with procedures.
* Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house and common areas, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for patrons and visitors.
* Support the promotion of leisure centre programmes, activities, and events, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
* Assist in administrative and operational duties as required to support overall centre operations.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Sport and Recreation or 2 years equivalent experience, and a current unrestricted WA
