About the role

The Business Systems Administrator's role based in Geelong includes everything from ensuring systems are running smoothly, assist staff with troubleshooting, and helping implement and improve efficiencies across the organization. Utilising your passion for technology and a willingness to learn, this role comes with ample opportunity to develop new skills over time and as such, on-the-job and supportive training will be provided.
What you'll be doing
* Maintain and manage IT documentation, records, and inventories (hardware, software, licenses).
* Assist with procurement and deployment of IT equipment and software.
* Coordinate IT service requests, tracking tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
* Assist with the administration of core business platforms and ensure the smooth running of these systems.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access management.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Business Systems Administrator or similar.
* Strong knowledge of business applications and IT systems.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
* Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience (Preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of the financial services industry is highly desirable
