Your New Role:
Reporting to Install Project Manager you will engage with employees, clients, technicians and various internal departments to ensure scheduled install works are prepared and mobilised to site as scheduled. It is an opportunity to demonstrate your advanced administrative skill within an exciting growth division
Typical duties include:
- Organising pre-employment medicals, inductions, site forms, new starter packs
- Liaising with Project Managers, Clients and Technicians.
- Coordinate site requirements
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Checking trade qualifications and licences are correct and comply with site requirements
- Document control and filing
- Creating quotes and reviewing client accounts
- Strong employee and client focus
- Mobilisation of employees to site.
- General Document Control and assistance with administration across the Installation division
About You:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. (desirable)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Proven ability to priorities competing requirements and adapt to change.
- A flexible can-do attitude that will enable you to pivot between a broad range of responsibilities.
Desirable Experience and Knowledge:
- Sound understanding of site access requirements and mobilisation procedures.
- FIFO Admin Experience (desirable)
- Demonstrated OH&S Awareness.
- Previous exposure to manufacturing, construction or the resources sector.
