What you'll be doing?
* Project Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for demolition projects, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.
* Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery, maximizing resources and client satisfaction.
* Project Management: Oversee all aspects of demolition projects, including resource allocation, site supervision, and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth project execution.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve processes and drive innovation, contributing to the company's growth and efficiency.

* Industry Experience: Substantial experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the Demolition or construction industry, with a proven track record of success.

* Estimating Expertise: Excellent estimating and project planning skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and competitive project costing.
