About Us
We are Zambrero, Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We serve burritos, bowls, nachos, tacos and more. Our restaurants are open day and night, providing a flexible schedule so you can balance work, school and life.

What You'll Do
* Lead the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations.
* Assist in managing the team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering and resolving any employee issues.
* Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.
* Assist with ordering stock from suppliers.
* Assist with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and policy reviews.
* Manage daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant.
* Ensure safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are trained in Workplace Health and Safety.
What You'll Bring
* Previous assistant restaurant management experience.
