About the Role
Join our buzzing Hive at Busy Bees at Armstrong Creek as a Casual Educator and help shape the futures of our little learners. You'll step into a flexible and dynamic environment where your support makes a real difference every day.
As a Casual Educator, you will:
Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions
Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm
Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day
What You'll Need
To join our team, you'll need the following:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying towards one)
At least 6 months of experience in an early childhood setting
Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate
Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa)
