WOW Recruitment is looking for a Sales Advisor to join an Industry Leader in the building and construction industry. This role focuses on inbound leads and early-stage project qualification, supporting partners, and driving pipeline through clear, consultative sales conversations.

Experience with high-volume calls, and Power BI is highly advantageous
About you
1 – 3 years' experience in inside sales, call centre or a showroom consultant is highly advantageous
Confident phone-based communicator with strong follow-up skills
Organised, structured, and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple leads and priorities
Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office, and online calling tools, experience with Power BI would be an advantage

Qualify inbound leads from internal and digital channels
Identify projects early and understand customer requirements
Provide clear product and quote information to support conversion
Identify upgrade and add-on opportunities where relevant
Maintain accurate CRM records and basic reporting
