Based in Parramatta we have an opportunity for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a friendly team providing service to customers who are dealing with a loved ones deceased estate.
Role Responsibilities:
• Provide input on the proposed solution, reviewing project documents and be actively involved in testing.
• Ensure multiple tasks can be managed effectively.
• Quality note taking is required to document actions completed.
• Written correspondence is to be empathetic and to a high standard. Responses to the Estate representative need to happen within 48 hours of receipt.
• Will need to drive the collaboration of business units across the group to take actions quickly, accurately and fairly for the estate.
• Close the loop with an outbound phone call to the customer.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven success in a customer service and/or call centre role
* Estates experience will be desirable
* Experience in handling sensitive customer matters
* High levels of empathy and resilience
