About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Function sits within the People and Culture (P&C;) Division. P&C; is responsible for providing strategic leadership across talent management and workforce planning; talent acquisition; compensation, conditions and employee benefits; training and development; workplace safety and wellness; reward and recognition; people data and analytics. P&C; works closely with all CHS Divisions to deliver workforce solutions to meet business strategy and operational objectives. The Talent Acquisition function is responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, hiring, and onboarding candidates to fill open positions across CHS as well as manage talent pools for future workforce needs. It includes developing, implementing and evaluating programs for sourcing, recruiting, hiring and orienting talent.
The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to assist in meeting workforce needs through the delivery of customer focused recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
