Job Title: IT Support Officer
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support services to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems, and enhancing productivity through better use of Microsoft 365 suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide IT Helpdesk services, troubleshooting and assisting end users.
* Manage IT Helpdesk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
* Review age and performance of laptops, desktop machines and other devices with a view to upgrade as required.
* Review M365 tooling across Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and Power Automate.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience managing and supporting large, multi-site, networks.
* Demonstrated extensive working knowledge in Microsoft suite of products, including system administration and cybersecurity products.
* Demonstrated understanding of current industry IT trends, especially those that relate to the provision of E-12 services.
* Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Workflows and Forms.
