Job Opportunity: Assistant Store Leader
* Participate in and complete management development training to enhance leadership skills.
* Drive incremental sales improvements across retail, trade, and design channels through effective sales strategies.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Promote and expand the Trade Loyalty Programme and establish strong relationships with key trade accounts.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets by staying focused on results-oriented goals.
* Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store environment through merchandising and housekeeping initiatives.
* Induct new team members into the organization and provide necessary support for successful integration.
* Perform administrative tasks efficiently in the absence of senior management personnel.
About You:
* At least 2 years of experience in retail or a related service environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* A positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
* A valid driver's license for potential business travel requirements.
