Frontline Security Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons and staff while delivering exceptional customer service.
As a key member of our team, you will maintain a high level of situational awareness, respond promptly to incidents, enforce rules and regulations, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to incidents
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively
* Enforce rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
* Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
Requirements:
* Current Valid Crowd Controller Security Licence
* Current Valid RSA Certificate
* Current Valid First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Physically fit and reliable
* Australian Citizen or Resident with an unrestricted Right to Work in Australia
Working Conditions:
* Shifts typically 6-8 hours, starting at 1745hrs
* Longer shifts available on weekends
* Great hours, Casual Award
