Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is a leading provider of Outside of School Hours Care, operating across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland. We are dedicated to building brighter futures for children through quality programs and services.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Communications Manager to enhance our global communication strategies and strengthen our brand presence. This role is a Permanent Part Time position, working 2 days per week in our Support Office in Camberwell.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute monthly and quarterly corporate communications activities aligned with global storytelling priorities and local business needs across all JAG brands.
* Enhance and oversee the management of all PR activity and crisis communications plans working with external agencies and partners where required
* Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including website content, brochures, presentations, and case studies, to effectively communicate the JAG brand proposition to school principals, parents, and local community networks.
* Advance and protect the corporate image by identifying opportunities to positively shift sector perceptions and address inaccuracies to manage reactive issues.
* Curate and manage corporate LinkedIn channels to maximise contract retention opportunities and enhance online presence.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field essential.
* Proven experience in corporate communications, PR, media communications and issues management mandatory
* Experience in creating media alerts and press releases.
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn social media channels and audience targeting/growth.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies across varied stakeholder groups.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
