Let's talk about the role and responsibilities- Work with key stakeholders to define the data quality technical requirements-
- Establish data quality capability at large scale with tools, strategies, roadmap and best practices-
- Work with business and technical users to define data quality requirements and strategies to remediate data to improve quality and accuracy of data-
- Lead team of data quality developers, guide them to implement data quality checks on source and target systems-
- Create re-usable data quality routines and dashboards quality-
- Establish data quality methodologies and framework-
- Stakeholder management and reporting on key technical deliverables-
- Create re-usable design patterns and guide team to develop code with quality and industry standards/ best practices-
- Lead technical team of onshore and offshore developers for end to end data quality execution phases-
- Participate and lead key project activities like - peer reviews, analysis, technical workshops, planning, scrum ceremonies, deployment, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and hypercare-
- Review deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to all quality management plans and standards Let's talk about your capability and experience:
- Experience in at least 1 DQ tool - Informatica IDQ or Informatica CDQ.-
- Understanding of software life cycle processes, experience of working in a large-scale program with DQ, Data Migration and ETL landscape-
- Broad set of technical skills and knowledge across hardware, software, systems and solutions development-
- Effective project planning, reporting, translating requirements into implementation strategy/roadmap, quality assurance, risk & issue management, tangible, results-driven approach with focus on delivery quality, cost, timeline and process compliance.-
- Prior experience in project/programme management across large-scale technology solutions and strategic business transformations (waterfall and agile).-
- Ability to speak about and guide clients on data quality strategy, execution and roadmap Let's talk about what's in it for you!
