Site Operations Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of a major residential lifestyle community project.
About the Role
* Coordinate multiple contractors, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
* Report to the Senior Project Manager and play a key role in delivering a premium product.
* Maintain harmony, uphold standards, and keep the program on track with up to four principal contractors on site.
The successful candidate will have strong site management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contractor relationships and negotiate contracts
* Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
