**About the role**
We have three (3) opportunities as either a Customer Service Representative or an Administrative Assistant to be part of our team within the State Intelligence Command.
The **Customer Service Representative** supports customer service delivery by responding to and processing urgent and non-urgent contacts and / or enquiries for customers, providing information and advice in line with applicable legislation, policy or procedures, and escalating issues as applicable.
The **Administrative Assistant** provides administrative and customer support services to staff and other team members to enable the efficient operation of the command/business unit.
