This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic food services team.
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including salad and sandwich production, central plating, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
* Perform duties in compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
* Work on a seven-day roster, either morning or afternoon shift, on an on-call basis.
* Relevant experience in a large food service environment or training with a recognised provider.
* Good knowledge of food products and food production systems and processes.
* Positive attitude to work and ability to work as part of an effective team.
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and work collaboratively with the management team.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles.
