About the Role
The successful candidate will be hands-on in delivering high-quality gardening projects across the region. You'll be working in a team of 2 as the Lead Hand. You will play the main role in your Team of 2 to;
- Map out your day
- Ensure all your jobs for the day are completed to a high standard
- Train your Team mate to work efficiently with you
- Hit your KPI's for they day as outlined by your Ops Manager
- Answer any questions requested by our Clients.

This role requires moderate lifting and physical work capabilities to meet the demands of outdoor gardening and landscaping projects.

* Has experience in Gardening & Landscape maintenance and a positive attitude
* Passionate about working outdoors in the tropical climate of Far North Queensland.
