About The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Wagga Wagga team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes in partnership with patients, carers, and the health team.
This is a great opportunity to establish your acute care skills and knowledge if you are starting your career as an Enrolled Nurse. We will also support you through our graduate and development programs to support you in the early phase of your career.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to enhance your already established career if you have worked as an enrolled nurse previously.
In This Role, You Will
* Conduct patient assessments and identify nursing needs
* Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
* Provide direct care and monitor changes in condition
* Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care
* Educate patients and carers to enable informed decision-making
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement
* Take accountability for your actions and seek guidance when needed

About You
* Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
* Ability to identify patient needs and translate these into multidisciplinary care plans
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
* Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and electronic formats
* Commitment to patient-centred care, professional values, and reflective practice
* Awareness of patient safety, quality, and risk, contributing to improved outcomes
