About the Role:
* The Business Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting, record keeping, and internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial and other records.
* This includes successful management of school debtors while adhering to Catholic Education ethos.
* The role requires providing sound and timely financial advice to the Leadership team to support the College Improvement Plan.
* Additionally, this position involves developing budgeting and reporting functions to present regular, timely, and accurate information to key stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Leadership skills with experience in financial management and administration.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
4. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
5. Professional certifications such as CPA or CA would be advantageous.
