Team Leadership: Lead internal and external teams; foster collaboration and communication. Quality Control: Ensure high standards through site inspections and prompt issue resolution. Budget Management: Track costs and implement cost-control strategies. Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Client Relations: Build strong client relationships; manage expectations and project updates. Compliance: Ensure projects meet all building codes and safety standards. Preconstruction/Tendering: Oversee tender submissions for D&C and construction-only projects.
