This role will see you work within our inpatient acute team where you will deliver assessments and interventions to patients while working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient entry, assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, evaluation and separation of patients/clients in a multi-disciplinary setting.
