**About the role**
Reporting to Director Foundation, Marketing & Communications, the Individual Giving Manager is primarily responsible for both acquisition and retention of individual financial supporters and members, including single and regular giving along with implementation of a bequests program. Greening Australia recognises a significant opportunity for growth of their individual giving segment with this new role working closely with the Director to drive growth in this area.
- Responsible for leadership, development and execution of supporter acquisition programs to acquire, retain, reactivate, and upgrade Individual Givers
- Supporter acquisition is anticipated to be focussed on digital channels however flexibility is required to assess and pivot to other channels as opportunities become apparent.
- Retention of supporters will be achieved through delivery of a compelling donor/supporter journey including engagement activities and events.
- You will plan, project manage and execute stewardship activities and events and will focus on strong internal stakeholder collaboration to drive results.
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or with significant work experience in a fundraising lead generation role - with income responsibility.
- Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills, appropriate to dealing with stakeholders and supporters, including donors
- Ability to demonstrate accountability, reliability and integrity when dealing with internal stakeholders and the donor community.
- Demonstrated experience in meeting financial targets
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated acquisition strategies/campaigns across diverse channels
- Well-developed numeric skills including in-depth knowledge of fundraising and marketing metrics
- Proven experience in event coordination and logistics
- Highly developed project management, administration and organisational skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- A high level of drive and initiative with a demonstrated ability to formulate, develop and implement ideas to achieve objectives and manage competing tasks with deadlines.
