About this role: As a senior medical imaging leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals in a rural setting. This position requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in medical imaging and diagnostics.
Main responsibilities:
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centric services to clients and clinicians.
* Develop and refine clinical services, including protocols and new initiatives.
* Evaluate and improve workflows and service provision with minimal direction.
* Recruit, develop, and supervise staff at various skill levels.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with AHPRA and NSW EPA licence to use radiation (IA14).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build and manage a team, including workflow optimisation and monitoring.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or senior management experience.
