What you'll be doing:

* Connecting with customers and sales—handling calls, emails, and all sorts of order requests with confidence
* Keeping our systems up to date (don't worry, we'll guide you through it)
* Following up on deliveries and ensuring customers are always kept in the loop
* Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly
* Spotting any issues and promptly letting the right people know

* Customer service experience (any industry's fine)
* Comfortable learning and exploring new systems
* Friendly, organised, and ready to pitch in
* A sense of humour and a can-do attitude
