An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified fitness professional to deliver an exceptional member experience at a community facility.
About The Role
As a Gym and Fitness Coordinator, you will lead the club to success using your people leadership, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management skills to oversee gym and fitness activities. You will showcase strong interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities to drive a high-quality member experience. This is a hands-on role, on the gym floor, including delivering inspiring group training sessions.
In This Role You Will
* Manage sales budgets and analyse results to determine proactive strategies for improvement
* Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns
* Coordinate day-to-day gym operations, including assisting reception and administration
* Drive membership lead generation, sales and retention activities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with members
* Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and running efficiently
* Support and assist personal trainers in delivering top-quality services
* Promote the club within the local community through outreach and marketing efforts

About You
Are you self-motivated with a passion for health and fitness and have flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends? As well as:
* Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
* Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Proficiency in CRM and gym management software, along with standard office tools
* Knowledge of fitness industry trends and customer preferences
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* A positive role model, collaborative and team orientated
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Essential Requirements
* Certificate IV in Fitness
* First Aid Certificate
* Current Provide/Perform CPR
* National Police / Criminal History Check
* Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
