This is a newly created role focused on ACT programs and the global brand of Dr Russ Harris, with a scope to apply proven delivery systems across Psychwire programs over time.

Dr Russ Harris is a globally recognised and highly engaging trainer in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is the bestselling author of widely translated ACT books, including ACT Made Simple. The Role
At its core, this role is about owning the delivery of marketing projects and campaigns - from planning through to execution - working closely with Dr Russ Harris and key Psychwire stakeholders.
You will lead campaign workflows, facilitate efficient team communication, keep projects on track, and ensure deliverables are executed to a high standard across multiple channels. The role involves balancing timelines, priorities, and stakeholders while maintaining clarity, quality, and momentum.
Delivery Ownership & Systems (Responsibilities)
* Owing end-trend delivery of marketing projects and campaigns
* Translating strategy into clear, repeatable delivery frameworks, task lists, timeline and workflow
* Translating campaigns into clear task lists, timelines, and workflows
* Prioritising and coordinating work across multiple concurrent projects
* Leading regular and ad hoc small-team meetings and check-ins
* Coordinating content development for social media, websites, and email campaigns
* Managing delivery of email, digital, and social content across multiple platforms
* Maintaining message plans, documentation, schedules, and asset trackers
* Ensuring brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and quality control
* Running project delivery meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking
* Supporting SEO and AI discoverability initiatives with internal teams and external partners
* Assisting with promotional and marketing initiatives to increase global reach, particularly in the U.S. market
About You

You're comfortable leading projects, managing stakeholders, and juggling multiple priorities, while maintaining a calm, organised, and solutions-focused approach. You enjoy taking ownership, improving processes, and seeing campaigns through from concept to delivery.
Skills and Experience
* 10+ years' experience in senior marketing delivery roles, such as marketing project management, marketing operations, or agency account leadership with end-to-end delivery ownership
* Strong experience working with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
* High proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Monday, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Slack, or similar)
* Experience using email marketing platforms, CMSs, and marketing automation tools
* Strong attention to detail, particularly in messaging accuracy and brand presentation
* Confidence coordinating creatives, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both strategic and detail-oriented
* Proven experience running meetings and following through on actions
* Experience managing the end-to-end design and build of websites
Education / Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications, Project Management or related discipline strongly preferred

This role is offered on a 12-month basis, with the opportunity to extend, and includes performance-based bonuses.
You must have Australian residency and be able to work full time from our Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast office.
