* Lead a specialised Colorectal and Upper GI surgical unit dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care.
* Shape the clinical environment by guiding a skilled multidisciplinary team and supporting best practice nursing standards.

You're someone who leads with integrity, communicates with confidence, and builds strong, respectful relationships. You enjoy supporting teams through change, solving problems using sound clinical judgement, and creating an environment where patients receive exceptional care.

We're looking for someone with:

* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise safely in a fast paced surgical environment
* Effective communication and active listening skills to engage patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team
* A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor, motivate and manage staff performance
* Sound clinical expertise and critical thinking to guide evidence based practice
* A commitment to quality improvement, work health and safety, and risk management
* The ability to adapt, learn and apply new knowledge in a dynamic and evolving service
