BGIS is seeking a **highly motivated Facilities Manager **to oversee **Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) **and **Asset Data **for our operations in Williamtown, NSW. This role is crucial in ensuring the ongoing functionality and efficiency of our critical facilities. 
**Key Responsibilities**: 
- Develop and implement comprehensive PPM programs. 
- Monitor and manage asset data, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. 
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs. 
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance. 
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance staff. 
- Generate and analyze reports to track maintenance KPIs. 
- Oversee contractor and vendor relationships for specialized maintenance tasks. 
**Qualifications**: 
- **Must be an Australian Citizen **. 
- Proven experience in facility management and trade background, with a focus on PPM and asset data management. 
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance. 
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
- Effective communication and leadership skills. 
- Proficient in using CMMS and related software. 
- Valid driver's license required.
