About the Role:

Are you a passionate and experienced Sales Professional ready to elevate your career in the performance textiles industry?

We are currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients across Victoria. This exciting and autonomous role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, working independently, and spending time on the road.

As part of a national leader in performance fabrics and accessories, you'll be representing a trusted brand known for innovation, quality, and reliability across a diverse range of industries including marine, architecture, and furniture.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

* Manage and grow a defined sales territory across VIC.
* Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers across multiple sectors
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and project delivery
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and customer presentations
* Maintain accurate sales records using SAP and submit timely activity reports
* Uphold compliance with all company policies, OHCS requirements, and product standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll be an energetic and relationship-focused professional with a strong sales background and a passion for premium products. You will also have:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development (textiles or a related industry ideal)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
* Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
* A current Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights
