We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Home Care Workers to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and community. You will help people achieve their goals, maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
* Providing social and community access support
* Supporting clients with mobility and transport needs
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Following individual care plans and NDIS quality standards
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for helping people
* Reliability, empathy and strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred but not essential)
Must have:
* Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, or a strong desire to begin a career in aged care.
* Empathetic and resourceful, embodying our values.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
