$110,518 to $123,537 + 17% super & leave loading

Total Remuneration $130,788 to $146,195 pa (including salary of $110,518 to $123,537 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Lead CQUniversity's Digital Evolution

The Digital Services Directorate is responsible for delivering the critical information systems that underpin CQUniversity's success. As part of the Enterprise Enabling Systems Group, you'll play a key role in shaping the University's digital transformation journey.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale Information Systems projects that support core operations, enhance user experiences, and align with strategic priorities. You'll bring your expertise in Agile and traditional methodologies to deliver outcomes that are on time, on budget, and aligned with expectations.

Your strengths in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and team leadership will be essential. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, foster clear and effective communication, and embed strong governance practices to ensure project success from inception to completion. A background in ICT project management, along with a solid understanding of enterprise systems, will position you to make a meaningful impact.

Position Requirements

Completion of, or progress towards, a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Master's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology with extensive relevant experience – or – an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training that demonstrates your capability to succeed in the role.

Demonstrated experience managing ICT projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches to meet business needs.

Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive project plans to successful outcomes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

Well-developed negotiation skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in complex environments.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and address complex ICT issues.
