At Objective Corporation, we don't just build software — we create technology that makes a real difference. With 400+ talented people and five development labs across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA, we're a leading provider of SaaS solutions that power government and help communities thrive.
Now, we're looking for an energetic, people-focused Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Wollongong office. This isn't your typical admin role. You'll be the driving force behind an exceptional employee experience — the person who brings our culture to life, keeps our office running seamlessly, and creates moments that matter. From welcoming new hires on day one to organising memorable events, you'll play a key role in shaping how our people feel at work, every single day.
You'll report to our Chief People Officer and work across multiple offices, making a real impact beyond Wollongong.
A day in your role:
* Coordinating our Employee Advocate Program and sharing engaging content that celebrates our people.
* Organising thoughtful gifts for life milestones — from births and marriages to recognition moments.
* Delivering a seamless and welcoming day-one experience for new starters.
* Bringing our culture to life by organising monthly drinks, Christmas parties, charity events and more.
* Ensuring meeting rooms are set up for success and managing bookings.
* Handling couriers and mail distribution.
* Managing office supplies and stationery so everything runs effortlessly.
* Coordinating catering and logistics for internal events.
* Greeting visitors and maintaining security protocols.
* Managing access cards and car parking allocations.
* Coordinating office maintenance and liaising with suppliers.
* Acting as the local WHS representative to keep our workplace safe.
Your skills, experience and beyond:
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
* A genuine passion for creating positive experiences for others.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Canva.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Why Objective?
* Flexible work structure that supports balance.
* Cutting-edge tech to help you do your best work.
* Continuous learning opportunities to grow your skills.
* Social events that foster connection and fun.
* Proudly endorsed employer for women via WORK180.
* Access to experienced counsellors for personal and professional support.
