Waverley Council is looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Library Technology to oversee and manage all aspects of library technology. This hands-on leadership role will ensure the effective operation, innovation, and delivery of library services, supporting a high-quality experience for our community.

What be you'll doing?
* Lead, manage, and support the library technology team
* Oversee library systems, digital services, and technology infrastructure
* Contribute to the development and delivery of service excellence initiatives including new and emerging technologies
* Lead technology projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational goals
* Support library staff through coaching, training, and guidance in technology use
What you'll bring?
* Tertiary qualification in the technology field
* 1-2 years' experience project management and staff management experience
* Demonstrated experience in the implementation of technology projects and process improvement, and the ability to identify and implement service improvements.
* Proven ability to embrace change and engage, lead and inspire others to achieve outcomes for the benefit of the organisation and community.
* A strong commitment to delivering quality customer service to the community and a positive, professional and cooperative approach to working with others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals and organisations.
