About The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse with Pop Up Health, you'll play a key role in coordinating and supporting in‑home care for NDIS, DVA, Private and Brokerage clients. Working closely with a team of Enrolled Nurses supervised by Clinical Registered Nurses, you'll use your clinical knowledge to deliver safe, holistic and client‑centred care.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Coordinating care plans and supporting client onboarding
* Providing clinical advice within your scope and guidance to field nurses
* Supporting case management using our Sandwai software
* Monitoring referrals, feedback, incidents and escalations
* Maintaining wound care supplies and consumables
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse (community nursing desirable)
* Background in risk assessment skills within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse
* Competence in recognising client deterioration and implementing strategies
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Requirements
* Diploma of Nursing certificate with current AHPRA Registration
* National Police Clearance & DHS Clearances (NDIS, WWCC)
* Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certifications
* Current Driver's Licence
