Job Title: Creative Window Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Window Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements to provide expert advice and recommendations on window treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with clients in their homes or businesses to discuss window treatment options and provide personalized solutions.
* Assist clients in selecting the most suitable fabrics, colors, patterns, and styles for their window treatments based on their budget and personal preferences.
* Take accurate measurements of windows to ensure proper fitting of selected treatments and create detailed proposals for clients.
* Develop design concepts and mood boards to visually represent recommended window treatment options and present them to clients.
* Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to order window treatments and ensure timely delivery and installation.
* Oversee the installation process to ensure quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Creative Window Consultant or similar role, preferably in the window furnishing industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of different types of window treatments, fabrics, and hardware.
* Familiarity with measuring and installation techniques for window treatments.
* Proficient in using technology-based tools and open to adopting modern software.
* Certification or degree in Interior Design or a related field is a plus.
