The Opportunity:
* Support and work closely with the agency Founders and senior management team to develop and expand the client/talent base!
* Be an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful point of contact for your clients
* Develop and manage the sponsorship and delivery of projects for your clients, from conception to completion
* Stay informed and up-to-date with global trends across all social platforms!
* Support your team and ensure your key stakeholders are always informed/up-to-date
* Budget forecasting and planning
You:
* Currently live in Melbourne and have full working rights
* Have proven experience (at least 3-4 years) working in talent management, either working within the modelling, public relations, talent or influencer management or casting industry
* Familiar with using social platforms, including; YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch
* Describe yourself as ambitious, motivated, switched-on and calm under pressure
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Well-networked
* Experience using Slack and Google is ideal
* Ability to work flexible hours and travel is preferred
* Must have a valid driver's license
