Wecarensw is seeking experienced therapeutic youth workers for the Out-of-Home Care team in Ballina/Lismore, NSW. In this role, you will provide direct care to children and young people in residential placements who have experienced trauma or neglect. Your responsibilities include supporting young people, building therapeutic relationships, and managing complex behaviors.
The ideal candidates will hold a Certificate or Diploma in Community Services and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position requires a commitment to trauma-informed support and the ability to work flexible hours.
